We rely on external result services to settle (or grade) over 15.000 unique markets daily for RebelBetting members.

No data provider is perfect, and there will always be a few mistakes every month. Unfortunately, if the input is wrong, there is nothing we can do. You need to settle these bets manually.

The most common reasons for incorrectly settled bets:

  1. You bet on, or checked, the wrong market (for example 3-way instead of 2-way).
  2. Cancelled tennis matches are usually left unsettled because there will be no result from the services.
  3. Country-specific rules might differ from the international rules. For example, Bet365 has different overtime rules on Basket for Italians (!) The result services doesn’t know about all these rules, so there is no way for us to know.
  4. Sometimes it’s a data matching error, such as a women’s team being incorrectly lumped together with the men’s team. Please notify us if you suspect this has happened and we’ll fix it.
  5. The result services we use sometimes make mistakes, which are later corrected. This will be reflected in your BetTracker.

If you notice that all odds from a particular sport or bookie are incorrectly settled, it’s a bug and we want to know.
