Choosing the correct version is important. If you select the wrong one, you might see bets that don't exist at your bookmaker or odds that don't match what's actually available.

Why Are There Two Versions?

Kambi has upgraded its platform to a newer version which we call v2.

Some bookmaker domains still use the original platform, while others have moved to v2. Because the two versions work differently, RebelBetting supports both — so you can match the version your bookmaker actually runs on.

What's the Difference for Me?

Kambi

This is the original version. For you, this means:

  • More available odds

  • Direct betslip links

  • A faster and smoother betting process

The original version generally provides the best overall experience if your bookmaker still uses it.

Kambi (v2)

This is the new platform version. For you, this means:

  • Fewer available odds (mainly near-term matches)
  • No direct betslip links
  • Slightly more manual work when placing bets

Instead of linking directly to a ready betslip, v2 links only to the match page, where you need to manually find and add the bet yourself.

How Do I Know Which Version My Bookmaker Uses?

The easiest way is to look at the URL structure when you try to place a bet.

Kambi example

This version contains a simple numeric event ID that can be identified in the URL:

unibet.dk/betting/sports/event/1024825675

Kambi (v2) example

This version includes sport, league name and team names in the URL:

unibet.co.uk/betting/odds/football/england/premier-league/arsenal-v-chelsea

If your links include descriptive paths like sport and team names instead of just a number, your bookmaker is using v2.

Which Domains Use v2?

Currently confirmed v2 domains include:

  • Unibet.co.uk (United Kingdom)
  • Unibet.ee (Estonia)
  • 32Red

Most other Unibet domains still use v1, including:

  • Unibet.se
  • Unibet.dk
  • Unibet.fi
  • Most other Kambi-powered clones

Note that more domains may upgrade to v2 over time. If you're unsure, check the URL structure.

What Happens If I Choose the Wrong Version?

If you select the wrong version in RebelBetting, you may experience:

  • Bets that don't exist on your bookmaker
  • Odds that don't match what you see on the site
  • A frustrating betting experience

To avoid this, make sure your selected version matches your bookmaker's actual platform.

Why Does v2 Show Fewer Odds?

Kambi's v2 platform currently limits which matches can be accessed — typically only those within the next 24 hours.

This means that compared to the original, many future matches are simply not available through v2, resulting in significantly fewer betting opportunities.

Why Don't Direct Betslip Links Work in v2?

In v1, it was possible to link directly to a pre-filled betslip.

In v2, this functionality has been removed by Kambi. Links now take you only to the match page, and you need to manually add the bet yourself.

  • Check your bookmaker's URL structure.

  • Select the matching version inside RebelBetting.

  • Re-check occasionally in case your domain upgrades to v2.
