Sort arbs on event start (last bet date)

Last bet date is our term for when the bookies stop accepting bets, usually just before match start.
To show this column in the arb list, click Options, then Application and
select “Show last bet date column in arb list”.
You can then sort arbs by last bet date, which can help you maximize the turnover of your funds.

Support for regional bookmaker domains

Some bookmakers have web sites which are specific for customers from certain countries. It’s now possible to select your specific domain for the bookmakers Bet365, BetAtHome and Unibet.
